I didnt get his name but the gentleman at the front desk was really efficient and kind. He made my daughter and granddaughter feel really welcome. We were there because of its close proximity to Children's Hospital.

This is an amazing property! We stayed in the cobblestone suite. It had a separate seating area, access to a wonderful balcony, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable king size bed. They also provided extra linen/blankets in the closet. It can be a little confusing on how to access the security desk where you check in and then the hotel but if you follow the very detailed instructions that they send to you and use Google maps to locate the areas you will be fine. Good location and safe

This hotel is about 20 miles outside of Birmingham, but the traffic is so light in this part of the country that it takes almost no time to get there. It is conveniently located right off of Highway 20 West, and the drive is worth it! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The building is clean and well-kept. It is obvious that the staff takes pride in the hotel and in their jobs - a rarity these days. One of the most important features is the quiet you will enjoy. Not a sound is heard...

I was very pleasantly surprised at how well the hotel was maintained. The property was very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable which gave me a good night sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

I enjoyed my stay of 5 days. Hotel was very clean. The staff were kind and professional. This will be my hotel of choice on my next trip to Birmingham.

Really nice facilities, the staff as exceptional. The lemon water in the lobby was always refreshing. We enjoyed the daily news paper being available. We highly recommend this location and we will definitely stay here again. I was able to exercise, relax and sleep peacefully. Super super safe location.
