"Beautiful view of the beach but that comes with sand that escapes housekeeping. Property is undergoing some renovations so down to one elevator that is pretty slow. The staff at the front desk were lovely and Jay who works valet is a true gem. He was so kind to my mother who needs assistance with stairs. Pinky’s was nice to have on location. Nice stay with my mom to end our Charleston visit. "

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was amazing and I was grateful for the fireplace. My only complaint is that the address on hotels.com is the mailing address not property address. The address takes you to a law office. So apple map the name of the property and you will get there. Oh and we wished the spa was open on Saturday. "

"Clarity on room configuration - I booked a premier room with “multiple beds” and it turned out to be one king bed with a pullout couch. I expected two queen beds. Also the breakfast could be improved. The value for money is not quite there. "

"Lovely hotel in a beautiful spot, went for breakfast which is $20 per head and you wouldn’t expect to be paying an extra $4 for a small glass of orange juice. Left a sour taste I’m afraid ."
