"This was not my first stay at this hotel but it was by far the first stay with so many issues with the room. -no hot water in shower -alarm clock in-op. wanted to set as back up since no USB to charge my phone. -privacy blind broken, would not fully close -room frig was not working which I realized the next morning when my food was warm and rotten -no USB ports -breakfast was still not out by 6:45 AM. advertised begins at 6:30 AM. I had to get to work by 7. -there was no front desk staff in the morning to assist I travel to Reading about once every 6 weeks and will not be staying at this hotel again, which is sad because it used to be my first choice since it has great proximity to stores and restaurants. "
