"We had an excellent stay of 2 nights here. This is a newish property. The parking was easy and it was a great location as part of a trip to see New England in the fall. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful."

"I checked in and was told I had two reservations and I did not. I had paid in advance and even after showing receipt I was almost not given room despite showing paid receipt. It was in spouses name but the clerk should have recognized that reservation had same address instead of saying I had two reservations. He tried to charge me for the other reservation and if I didn’t notice I would have paid for two rooms. Once I figured it out we both agreed to misunderstanding but he had to see one was paid and one was not! That said the actual facility was very nice and in great location. Super clean and great assortment for breakfast. I would highly recommend this for stay"

"The amenities were great to have. The parking lot is spacious enough, and fills up quick. The playground was nicer to have but it could use some updates. The indoor pool was fun to use and the hot tub was nice but they are difficult to get to from most of the rooms. I appreciated the coffee and breakfast availability. Our room was tidy but there weren't enough towels. Could do with some updates. The safe was dead. The fridge took some time to get cold. The hair blow dryer was pretty damaged and old. The area the hotel is at is a great spot though."

"Loved that this property was set off the road. It had lots of acreage to roam around. The view of the mountains was a bonus. The staff were cheerful and helpful. You can see that the property was once a sought out destination decades ago, however it is now truly needing upgrades. However, the old character should not be replaced."
