"Completely baffled how this property had such a high rating. Under new ownership possibly? Property was not clean and very much in need of maintenance. Bed was very uncomfortable and pillows were old, flat and smelled bad. Woke up with bites on my leg. Checked the bed in the morning and found obvious signs of bed bugs. Told property and he argued about giving me trash bags to bag my belongings. Also was told that he checked the room and he found nothing, despite being shown pics and videos. "

"Needed new curtains and windows needed to have cobwebs removed otherwise room was clean. Watching TV was difficult. "

"Our employee's have stayed here before. However, this time was pretty terrible. Headboards in both rooms coming off, squeaking and uncomfortable beds. Also was not very clean. Not sure what has happened from December 2025 to March 2026 but it's not going in a great direction."

"The room was clean, but the property itself was run-down and there need to be more lights outside in the parking lot. It is inexpensive and close to Murray State University, which is where I was going."

"This place was great. Very friendly front desk staff, very clean rooms and a great breakfast. Our room was next to the bathroom and was a little noisy but it was to be expected. We needed a handicap room. "
