She made it happen 2 hours early, and then, unfortunately, our toilet wasn’t functioning, so she came to check and decided to move us…right down the hall. She brought us the new key and left the door open for us. I’m not sure I have ever had a more attentive, helpful, kind staff person! "

"Couldn't get the A/C to work. The bathroom light took a long time to come on. The shower barely had pressure. For a place to just sleep for the night, it was okay. But not a long term stay place. "
