"The facility was great with connection to the casino and restaurants. The only issue was that the hotel is large and our room was about a far away from everything as you can get. The breakfast was good with everything we wanted."

"After4 attempts by phone over 3 hours on the day of scheduled arrival to confirm their checkin time, I was told that the hotel is closed and still under remodeling and would not be open for at least another 2 months. When I asked for $ back, I was told I had to ask Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they had to call the property to verify my claim, the holes claimed that they were omen and that I just needed to call the other checkin desk. This was a total lie, I stayed down the street at a Hilton (no issues) but I drove by the blue way in and it was definitely closed. The "

"Rooms was not clean and they did not clean them once while we was there. There was 2 bath towels in room upon arrival. I told staff 4 of us so we need 2 more towels they wouldnt give them to us"
