"Lovely hotel. The Viennese cafe is beautiful. The cafe and the bar are really good value for money, not the usual hiked up hotel prices. The corridors have a nice decor and the rooms are nice. I had a great view overlooking the garden and the Gazi Husrev-beg Mosque which was lit up nicely at night. Rooms have an extra bit of security when you go out - you get a standard key lock as well as digital card entry. "

"There were roaches in my room. Nothing else mattered to me.
Room was spacious. The view from the room was great. Staff was friendly. Location was excellent. Breakfast was good though overcrowded when there were groups.

"I had villa room. Very clean and cosy compared to villas in other countries.
Bathroom: i have noticed in eastern europe and central asia they seem to all have the foul drainage smell in all bathrooms. It must be the way drainage is designed. For a 5 star the toiletries wasn't on par. No fans, leave window open 24/7. Toilets have bidets in rooms but not in public areas, no issues with running water.
Breakfast: expected alot more for 5 star. It was average.
Dinner: excellent food. All dishes...
