Eight 1981 VHS grads used Hampton Inn & Suites as our home base for a reunion weekend. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating, the breakfast was very good and plentiful, and the rooms were exceptionally quiet and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so nice that my body was convinced that it rested at home. It was a lovely weekend. Thank you for the “Vail of Paradise” hospitality.

The hot breakfast - which is included- was plentiful. They rotate between biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage. You can make your own waffles. For a male traveling by himself, this was no big deal. However, if my wife or family was traveling with me, we would have immediately left! After grabbing my key I went out to get my luggage. I decided to go the shortest route to my room which meant I had to enter the side door and walk up the steps. When we arrived, the receptionist was very quick and courteous. For the rest of the stay, we wanted to be left alone. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable - it was just what we had looked for. We even got a room upgrade! During our entire stay, we only left our room for about 2 hours - during this time, our trash was taken out and we received new towels. It was a nice surprise to go back to a clean room in the middle of the afternoon!
