"Really easy check in and good correspondence prior to arrival. The room was very comfortable, bed especially so. Right in the centre of town, easy access to everything needed. Small bathroom and shower but perfectly adequate. Only addition that I would recommend is small fridge in the room."

What a beautiful manor! We loved staying here. The manor sat on a secluded hill and provided just the experience we were looking for after long days with lots of people. The restaurant served delicious food. The staff was exceptional. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed this lovely hotel. It was close to the castle, and restaurants and shopping. The staff were warm and helpful. They were delighted to tell us the history of the building. I especially liked the lounge and the outside, roof terrace for added relaxation.
The owner of this hotel went way out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant. Breakfast at this B&B was great and all staff was superb.
Loved the location - right in the center of restaurants, shops and sights. Best part was being right across the road from Cardiff Castle and lying in bed seeing the castle out our window. Room was great and exactly what we needed. Would recommend staying here
BEST place ever stayed with kind fellow-travelers for welcoming conversations, great location walking to town centre and near bus/train stations. Exceptionally clean rooms, shared bathrooms, common kitchen, dining room and back patio. Thanks to managers and all staff. Didn’t want to leave; hope to return someday.
Stayed 3 days in Cardiff and found this hotel a very good option. The staff was very friendly and the location s amazing. My room was spacious and clean. The mattresses could use some updating, however, and if you are a light sleeper, be aware there is a bar under the hotel which is a bit loud into the wee hours. Overall, this was a good choice and I would definitely stay here again!
A little confusion at the start on which room I had. The video could be clearer.
It is unfortunate there is no air conditioning in the room, but I guess that is standard for the UK.
