"Everything about this place was perfect! The hotel staff at front desk were so so sweet! Alex was very funny and helpful when we checked-in, despite how tired we were. Pooja was also so sweet to us - they all felt like friends. Room was spotless, location is right next to Paddington station, loved the area. Only thing is that the washroom was tiny! also lots of stairs to go up to our room since we were on the 4th floor so just a heads up for those that would want to avoid stairs. "

"A very pleasant stay and perfectly licated for theatreland and central London attractions. Very attentive and friendly staff, quick and easy check-in and able to leave bags early so we could go explore. Room was very clean and comfortable with incredible views. Bathroom very clean with plenty of toiletries. Well presented breakfast with plenty of choice."

"What a wonderful hotel. The room was spotless, the building secure and the staff were helpful and friendly in every way. Conveniently located a short walk from Hammersmith Station with just a quick ride into central London via the Piccadilly or District Line. We will be staying here again during our next visit to London. Would definitely recommend! "
