"The room needed a renovation. The room was on two levels, bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. The seating area in the room was not very comfortable and the furniture was well worn. The staff were nice. Definitely felt like a family hotel from another era."

"We had a lovely 5 night stay at Best Western Plus in Sicily. A beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The pool area with view and infinity pool is really special. A few tweaks needed in the bathroom with the shower but otherwise a most enjoyable stay. Staff went the extra mile to help, delicious cocktails and nibbles at the pool each evening.
