Excellent 5-star hotel. The food is exceptionally good and diverse, and the location is very walkable, near the twin towers. The only gripe can be the beds. Great, but I have seen even better in other hotels.
What an unexpected and pleasant surprise this hotel turned out to be! The suite in the residence had amazing views of downtown KL. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathrooms all had bidets with warmed seats. The elevators were fast and very secure too. Parking was super easy. We will definitely stay here again.
Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel.
The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC. The roads are winding, sometimes missing, confusing always. The hotel to other parts of KL is hard to get to without the power of Grab, probably the easiest...
Beautiful design, every possible amenity, spacious rooms that feel very open, stunning views of this cosmopolitan city, impeccable service. Also, hotel gyms are rarely good, but this one was excellent. Additionally, the pool area is stunning. I will return to this hotel when visiting KL in future.
Hotel concept was definitely outside the box, not your typical hotel in a good way. I applaud the design. No pool, no gym but a beautiful lobby, a wide variety of interesting books, a bar with very nice bartenders and televisions 📺.
Breakfast was ok, for local nightlife activities the food night market was 1 minute away walking so super convenient, really good food, I enjoyed that option. There's also an arts and craft building about 3-4 min walk, lots to do, painting, jewelry making,...
Wish I stayed longer. In my short time here, the staff was more than welcoming, helpful and just plain lovely. The space was clean and comfortable and who can beat a room with a view! I def am planning on going back!
The check in and check out were super smooth, almost non existant. The room had a great city view as promised, it was clean spacious and the pillows were one of the best I ever experienced in a hotel. The staff are friendly, and respectful. I highly recommend getting the club room as it has great value for money.
The hotel being on top of the pavilion mall is a great advantage.
The breakfast has a variety that allows those new to Asian food to experience it in baby steps.

This hotel was awesome! Everyone was helpful and accommodating. Our only complaint are the pillows. They should have firm ones for people who can’t sleep with soft ones. But all in all everything was super great!
