The perfect ideal practical place to stay for airport travelers. Easy shuttle, rooms are clean and modern, airline info in the lobby, nice restaurant on site, groceries nearby.

Excellent hotel right next to international terminal. High end accommodations.

We enjoyed our stay at Sudima, will book again on our next trip. Just, the airport bus that drops/pick ups guest just blocks the way in and out

Selected "The Emerald Inn" via internet and it was everything and more than we expected. We spent a week there and it was just what we wanted and needed. The room was very clean and had more than what we expected - range, dishes, etc. It was within easy walking distance of a gorgeous beach, a fantastic restaurant - The Cafe and Bakery. We chose not to rent a car and where able to explore Auckland via bus and ferry as well as other sites. Transportation system makes it easy to get around. ...

Very clean and convenient to many dining and shopping options

A great staff! a good gym and a spa tub that was nice and hot! the daily breakfasts were very good the room was kept clean every day and an easy walk to shops and restaurants if i return to Auckland i will definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff was fantastic. Liani in particular was exceptional. She assisted us on numerous occasions throughout our staff and even assisted with making sure we were able to get the best rate that was appropriate for our stay and our group. Her customer service skills were second to none. I believe she was from South America (possibly Chili). Wherever she's from, the quality of her training and upbringing really showed through. The room was clean and comfortable. We left early for a flight, so we do not know anything about a breakfast.

My second time to stay at this hotel. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again in any future travel to Auckland.
