All the staff are professional and helpful. I requested Chang the room after the first night and they immediately responded and gave me a special one with larger window. The breakfast were rich and include whatever you like including fresh fruits and cereals ... etc. I used a rented car to go to the old town and to the thee parts of the city. if you enjoy the nature it's the finest place to stay in Regensburg area.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, not only pleasant to deal with but also very helpful when a repair was needed in our room.
