Great hotel in a great location. I only rated the staff as a 3 since they did not speak much english which made communication difficult. Room was very nice with a large bedroom and a separate living/dining/kitchen. The bathroom was very clean and included an enclosed shower. Nice view out of the front of the hotel to the lake. Easy walking distance to the city center. Free parking, free internet which worked very well. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel and the location.
The staff is most accommodating and friendly; have stayed here four or five times over last few years. It remains unchanged - simply a wonderful relaxing hotel that is perfectly located.
