This hotel is near Luebeck but is definitely situated in the country. So, it would be perfect for visiting, and then retreating from this World Heritage city. This place was so relaxing and comfortable for the one night stay we did. The resturant was amazing and the only issue we had was some loud guests late night especially as this is a very quite and calm place.
Kathrin was so helpful and kind! I brought my aunt and uncle and the 1 bedroom suite was perfect - the sofa bed was super comfortable for me, and I’m a picky tall gal! Literally the only wish would’ve been for feather pillows (comforter was down), but we also didn’t inquire. The offer was there to dial in bed stiffness, which we didn’t need. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh! And espresso drinks on offer as well

we really enjoyed staying here, we paid for an upgraded room with its own living room and bedroom, and it was very nice. The only thing we didn't like is the chimney smoke came into our bedroom from the fireplace they have in the hotel so we couldn't have the window open part of the time, but it wasn't a huge problem,and our view was nonexistent as it was just looking out over the top of the hotel roof.
