This place was so relaxing and comfortable for the one night stay we did. The resturant was amazing and the only issue we had was some loud guests late night especially as this is a very quite and calm place.
This hotel is near Luebeck but is definitely situated in the country. So, it would be perfect for visiting, and then retreating from this World Heritage city. It would also be great if you had time to relax and just sit in the garden or enjoy the countryside. It was superb and quite a surprise! The room was very large and the dinner was superb! Since we have visited several other German towns and the food could not compare with theirs. The service and hospitality was extra special.
Within walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof and to the old city. Very clean, friendly and wonderful breakfast. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very convenient if you plan to just spend a day in Lubeck.
The two twin beds were Murphy beds pulled down from the bureau. Once pulled down, there was very little space in the room with supports we had to be careful to not stub our toes on. The bathroom, however had a lot of space! The breakfast was wonderful!
