The B&B HOTEL Dijon Valmy Toison d'Or is a recent hotel (about a year old). While the accomodations are simple, the level of cleanliness is quite high. The room I stayed in was immaculate and cleaned thoroughly daily. A bit Spartan in terms of decoration, but reasonably comfortable bedding and excellent black out curtains. Loved this apartment, has that home away from home feeling with its upstairs bedroom and very large bathroom.Tucked away from busy area but close enough to walk to all that Dijon had to offer. Great city with its Christmas markets and old world charm.The young lady who checked us in was very pleasant,she brought us a different French breakfast every morning at whatever time we wanted it brought to our room.My new home away from home whenever I go back to Dijon, loved the stay.

The Mustard Hostel is in a wonderful location at the heart of Dijon. The hostel itself is amazing - it’s really clean, well kept, and very comfortable. If you need to work on your laptop, the area just off the reception is a great place to work. It has receptacles and ample seating and tables. And it’s also quiet enough during the day to work.
