If you were looking for a small out-of-the-way place with great accommodations low price. This would be a great choice. Not connected to public transportation so having a car available is necessary. Just a short drive to nearby Chambord Castle.

This place is ideally located for exploring the beautiful Châteaux de la Loire. The property itself is absolutely stunning, incredibly peaceful, and decorated with immense taste. We loved the numerous pieces of artwork beautifully displayed throughout our room, the common areas, and even outside in the gardens!

It was a great experience to stay in the old Abby. Breakfast there was the best breakfast we had for our whole trip in France with great view seeing the Sein river and the bridge. We got there at night so it was a bit hard to find the entrance and there was no sign pointing to which door the reception is. The person who helped us to check in was very helpful.
