I think we were shocked to find how small. It was a very clean room and it fit my family of 5 very well. Conveniently located if you want to take the bus to Disneyland. Labeled as family friendly but signs everywhere to be quiet between 8pm and 8am. I don’t know about you but 1 year olds don’t know what that means. We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.

We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
The hotel was clean and new. I didn't like that it was in a very undeveloped area of town. I was walking in area where construction on the road/community was happening to get to the hotel.
Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. We were slightly concerned that we were too far out of Paris, but the train was quick and clean - and it allowed us to reserve a rental car and explore the countryside! Hotel is wonderful, but the transportation to Disneyland is horrible. One bus is shared amongst many hotels, making the bus impossible to get into from the hotel or from Disneyland. Drivers are doing their best, but the hotels need to get more busses knowing that this is a hige issue.

The outside area was gorgously decorated for the Holidays. Great job! The COVID stations were well organized- and we felt pretty safe. This is a great property in the Disneyland area, close to the train station if you need to go to the city and the shuttle is always available. They have a restaurant onsite and the included buffet breakfast is really good. The room rate is convenient. We would definitely consider staying here again if we go to Disneyland.
