"Fully recommend the hotel for rooms , location and soft play area. Breakfast is not amazing , very basic , cheap ingredients, also pizza you can order at the bar only frozen."

However, there are some aspects that could be improved. The showers seem a bit dangerous, and the air conditioning doesn't cool properly. I was also surprised to have to pay a fee to leave my bags secured until check-in time. I hope they consider these details to enhance the experience for their guests.""

"Immaculately clean hotel. My only dissatisfaction was that our initially room had a bathroom sink that was leaking upon our arrival. This should have been caught by hotel staff ahead of our arrival. We were given a new room promptly with an offer to help us repack & move. Otherwise a great hotel in a great neighborhood."

"Ok let’s be honest here this hotel is not full of amenities like a bar and a reception room the bedrooms are small. The breakfast is continental but adequate. There is a construction site almost touching the hotel so you won’t get a view.On the plus side the location for all the sights of Paris is terrific the station Ternes is a 4 min walk. The bedroom is spotless bed comfy pillows so soft bathroom shower fabulous great magnifying mirror. Staff friendly . Did it work for us for seeing Paris absolutely as that’s what you are there for to sight see"

"The staff were great, all very friendly and welcoming. The club was a lovely calm atmosphere with some yummy cake and biscuits, and access to a coffee/hot chocolate machine which was great. As well as board games, magazines, a computer and a television. Balard Metro station very close by and very handy, some restaurants about 600m away and a McDonald's next door. However, the room was boiling hot, and looking at other reviews it seems this was not just an issue for us. The "air con" is actually just blowing fan air out, not air conditioned air, and we found it incredibly hot. There were no opening windows, it was very stuffy and difficult to sleep in the heat. I was awake throughout the night, very dehydrated and too hot to sleep. Unfortunately this ruined it for us, and we wouldn't stay again despite the positives. If they are trying to be eco friendly, a ceiling fan above the bed to help circulate the air and cool you down would be a great improvement. "

"The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. Staff allowed us to store our luggage before check in. Nearby to metro and bus stations for easy transit around paris. Perfect place for a few days in paris."
