Beautiful area and the staff was excellent. The dinners were some of the best we had while on our trip.

Very cute and nice for the price. We stayed in room 2. The restaurant wasn't open at the time we were there but I could see that it was quaint. Since we were foreigners I wish that the mistress would have warned us to be at the restaurants in St Pierre de Chartreuse at 7pm. They only took food orders for 1 hour. Luckily there was an actual saint there who saw us being rejected at 8:20pm and knew a place 20 minutes away that he secured a late reservation for us or we would not have eaten that...

Stayed at this property many times. Typically very good experience. 2 issues this trip; elevator could only go down and breakdast selection and amount, not like before. Stayed 5 days, never seemed to be effort to fix 1st floor elevator button issue. Breakdast used to be spread out more with more quanties of everything. Always just enough put out. 5 days, only just a few sausage links, always at bottom of milk pitcher, just very little put out.

Fun atmosphere, helpful staff. Very kid and dog friendly restaurant.

L'endroit est facile pour se garer et la vue sur l'aérodrome et les montagnes apportent un dépaysement total à deux pas de la ville de Chambéry. La climatisation était agréable, à noter cependant que l'hotel étant situé dans l'aérodrome, on entend les avions qui décollent même fenêtre fermées à partir de 8h00 le matin, mais cela reste plus agréable que le bruit des voitures dans la rue que l'on...

Wow! The hotel is amazing! We loved everything about our stay. I highly recommend it for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, magical atmosphere, and excellent customer service. It definitely deserves a big thumbs up! We visited on White Day, and there was a lot of snow! The sauna was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking!
