We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location made getting to the Disney parks very easy, and we really appreciated all the thoughtful conveniences at the hotel.
Breakfast was great, the laundry facilities were easy to use, and there was plenty of space in the common areas for our family to come together, relax, and enjoy some downtime.

Amazing property so close to Paris yet felt like a stay in the countryside. Charming young family run establishment, complete with dog, goats, chickens and donkeys. Well appointed guest rooms, hearty breakfast accompanied by the sounds of children getting ready for school! I felt like I was at home.
The hotel was clean and new. I didn't like that it was in a very undeveloped area of town. I was walking in area where construction on the road/community was happening to get to the hotel.
This was most pleasant experience we had on this trip. Geoffery went above and beyond to see that we were well taken care of. The food was excellent and the room was more than we had expected. All-in all a GREAT Experience and we are recommending anyone traveling in this area to stay at this hotel!
This beautiful chateau makes you feel like you are staying in the remote French countryside, and yet you are only 30 minutes from the heart of Paris. It is a gorgeous facility, with lots of modern amenities, but alas — no air conditioning. The lovely receptionist gave us two fans for our room, which helped. I would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel to stay at if you're wanting to stay in Serris or visit Disneyland Paris (10 mins away). I arrived in the morning long before check-in time and the staff were able to hold our luggage until our room was ready. That way we were able to visit Disneyland Paris and not having to worry about our luggage in the car. Beautiful hotel in close proximity to Disney Paris (and much more reasonably priced than their hotels!) Actual queen sized beds that were very comfortable! Nice sized bathroom, with tub, as well. Very nice toiletries provided and many "extras" available at the front desk if you forgot something. Staff was very kind and attentive. Would definitely reccommend!
We cannot say enough about this trendy hotel! After traveling to London, Paris and then here, it was just what we needed. The hotel has a nice vibe that you hang out in the lobby and enjoy your stay rather than stay in your room. The pizza and drinks were great! Staff were pleasant & working their rear ends off to make sure we were all taken care of! It’s a short 5 min walk to Val de l’Europe shopping mall which is also next to the RER train station. We love staying at the ACE Hotel Paris Marne la Vallee when we go to Disneyland Paris. Rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. They also have air conditioning. Great free breakfast. There is no shuttle to the parks, but there is a public bus that picks up right around the corner from the hotel. Perfect if you plan on driving to the parks or using public transportation.
