This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.

The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. It’s close to the airport, receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good with alot of selection. Close to the bus station. I highly recommend it to a family member and friends. If I go back in Geneva I will stay there again.

Room was very neat and clean. Breakfast had a nice variety of delicious food. The tram in front of hotel was very convenient. Front desk staff was helpful.

Super hôtel 🏨 rien à dire

Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Hotel is great. The rooms are a little small. Not an issue if you're just sleeping there. For folks that are traveling Europe, it becomes tough to move about the room when each person has a large's an issue with my wife and I piece of luggage.

Very nice and modern hotel that is right next to a bus and train stop. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Probably the only issue is if you want to walk around at night or go get anything from a shop or restaurant and not want to take a bus or train into the city. There is a restaurant in the hotel but it is quite expensive (even more expensive than Geneva itself).

NH is a great hotel to stay at near the Geneva airport. Quiet, comfortable and peaceful. Our check in was efficient, welcoming and warm. Thank you Laila. The room clean and quiet, the restaurant good and convenient. Will stay again coming and going from flights to Geneva.

It’s in the heart of town. Getting in and out by car was challenging but we gave the keys to the hotel staff and walked everywhere during our 2 night stay.

Friendly staff and great location! The rooms are cozy but have everything you need. Good value!

What a fabulous room! It was huge, with completely separate rooms for the toilet and the shower, and fantastically high ceilings, 4 stories up. I felt like a princess in a tower. The lobby was an instant gem, with flowers that imparted a wonderful scent. The clerk was wonderfully helpful in multiple ways.

Quick stay before flying out in the morning. Comfortable with a restaurant and airport shuttle. I have stayed twice and will use it again.

Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.

Stayed only for 1 night but staff was very friendly and helpful. Airport shuttle was accommodating and convenient; but, caution: shuttle runs only between 4:40am - 11:45pm.

This is an older but very well maintained hotel. He staff was a little rude at initially greeting us but redeemed themselves with great service the rest of our stay. The hotel is in a business and government district so it’s a little quieter on weekends.
