The stay at Hostellerie Sarrasine was more than lovely. The grounds are well kept and beautifully tended. The room was traditional and had modern technology. The best part was the food and service. The Famille Bévy had the most delicious French food; their cook incredible. The Bresse chicken is a must. The wine options phenomenal. The Famille Bévy were accommodating and so very warm to us. Would highly recommend this place for any looking to warm the soul.

Enjoyed a pleasant two night stay here. With some advanced notice, we were able to arrive late and check in the following morning. The room was comfortable for my family of 5 and Herve served a fabulous breakfast for us each morning. Herve provided us with a map of Lyon and circled some places we should visit for a daytrip into the city. Nice hotel, the rooms are small but clean and have all the needed amenities. It was my first time staying at this brand so it took a little bit for me to figure out how to check in since they had a car gate locked at night. I was able to walk through the walk gate and go into the hotel lobby and use their machine. Overall, no major issues. One of my two rooms had better cooling with AC than the other room. Hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really great. WiFi had some issues while we were there, but otherwise I would recommend the hotel.
It's a big old home and furnished with beautiful antiques. It's a lovely quiet location that's quiet at night and there's no light pollution.
A decent breakfast is included and also the use of a fine kitchen, if you enjoy cooking for yourself while away on business this is a great thing to have.
The landlord is very pleasant and accommodating.
