Absolutely perfect resort for families with small children. The service is excellent. The staff is lovely. I loved it so much that I extended our stay a second night. Highly recommend!
Great lil hotel in the heart of it all. It is VERY clean, the staff is very friendly and the location can not be beat. Our room only had a shower and not a tub, not sure if the others do or not. It was perfect for the traveler who wants a great place but will be exploring most of the day. I will stay there again.
The staff were wonderful and warm. The views from our terrace were lovely and it was a very homey experience. The food was phenomenal and access to the other resort properties and to the lakeside area was convenient.

One of the few hotels where the owner is also the operator instead of a corporate staff. This is what makes this hotel so special. These people care about what their guests think and want because they are the directly involved. This is the real difference between corporate and personal owner/operator type operations. Also, we spent an extra day there just walking around the little town as they are right in the middle - great location.
This is a really special place. It’s probably the only 3star hotel with its own pier so if you like swimming in the lake or take a boat it’s perfect. It’s very peaceful and charming and quirky at the same time because it retains the original old design yet spruced up enough to feel comfortable like a hotel. Very very special cosy design. This turned out to be an amazing place to stay, could not have been happier. Staff was so nice, room was spacious, clean, quiet, and a great bathroom. We ate in the restaurant and it was delicious. The breakfast buffet very reasonable and perfect for us. I highly recommend anyone in the Geneva area staying for a reasonable price and an extremely enjoyable stay.
We loved our stay, Natalie made everything very welcoming. She and the staff still served us an amazing dinner even though it was at closing time.
She was always there with a smile. The room was a nice clean room, it had good internet access, great balcony looking out over the lake.
If we ever make it back this way we will stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was convenient to explore many area around Lake Geneva. The room was beautiful as were all the common space in the hotel. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast option was too expensive so we grabbed breakfast offsite. My only issue with the room was the shower. We couldn’t figure out how to avoid getting water all over the floor.
We had a fabulous room after being given an upgrade to a junior suite. Great view of the lake and surrounding area. The receptionist was warm, polite and very helpful.
