"It was a clean comfortable room, with plenty of space. I would say this hotel meets typical American well branded hotel standards and space, something a bit of a luxury in France. IT is a bit of a walk to the security gates as they are at the other end of the concourse from the hotel. They do have luggage cart right outside of the hotel to airport doors, they are 1 euro, but refundable when you place the cart back before security. NOTE: security requires anything liquid to be placed in a clear bag and machined separately as of 8/2026! Many people had to empty out their luggage to get their small shampoo bottles, so plan accordingly!"

"Amazing hotel in a fairly convenient place - took about 20 mins to walk to the city centre (in baking 38 degrees!) The staff on the front desk were so friendly and helpful anytime I asked any of them a question. Would recommend this hotel for a stay in Toulouse."

"Pour le prix, c’est selon moi le meilleur hébergement qu’on puisse avoir. Le service y est excellent, les chambres sont bien équipées et le déjeuner est délicieux. J’ai apprécié les grandes fenêtres et le bon confort du matelas. J’ai aussi aimé les différents usages de la télévision et les nombreux services offerts à l’accueil. On s’y sent bien et l’emplacement est idéal, pr ès du centre-ville de Toulouse. En somme, c’est un endroit qu’on habite vraiment."

"We loved our stay here. The hotel was clean and comfortable, studio room small but well-equipped. We did find some dishes needed washing before use but that wasn't an issue for us. The hotel provided a small amount of cleaning supplies that lasted well. Staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area was calm and very much welcome during the heatwave! Only a 15-minute walk from the nearest metro, which took a 6 minute journey into the centre of Toulouse. If you want a balcony, book a full apartment over a studio- this was not clear to us on the listing. I am unsure if all apartments have balconies, but the option to choose this would have made our stay perfect."

"The hotel is situated in the city center and easily access to the public transportation. The hotel staffs are wonderful and breakfast is fantastic. The only issue is that hotel didn't have hot water and didn't inform us until we mentioned it."
