"The room was clean, spacious, and very pleasant. Most staff members were professional and friendly; however, a few would benefit from additional training. The primary concerns were the leaking garage, limited amenities, and additional charges for room cleaning. The nearby tram wasn’t an issue—in fact, I appreciated the convenient access. However, ongoing construction made access to the hotel and garage somewhat inconvenient at times. Would I stay here again? If the construction is completed and the garage leak is fixed, I would consider it."

"The hotel was very reasonably priced and dog friendly. There's plenty of parking. The hotel is quite a walk from town and when you get there, there isn't much there. We had drinks at the local PMU bar where the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would have certainly tried the adjoining brasserie if it had been open. The waiter in the bar kindly recommended a few places in local towns which was very helpful. "

"Nice easy place for a stop off (on way to Spain) just off motorway! Friendly staff. Nice and secure parking. We did take our bikes into the room with us.. not much to do & limited food choices, especially as vegetarian. But no time wasted finding hotel away from motorway. We had a picnic. No bar as within the motorway area French law applies. Would stay again. "

"Staff was courteous. Room was clean. However, there was condensation on the window, which ran down onto the counter below, causing it to be wet at all times. We couldn't put much on it because of that. Also, my husband is 6'4" tall and he literally could not sit facing the front on the toilet, as there was not enough room for his legs."
