This is a completely renovated chateau located near the edge of town 15 min walk to central square. The reasonable rate includes a large breakfast served in a classic dining room furnished with antiques. The remodeling retained classic French chateau features, brought up to designer standards. Wonderfully peaceful property in a predominately farming area. Quiet and easy parking. Not much nearby, therefore good for relaxing. Magnificent restaurant with local products and good wine options. Fantastic tasting food, nothing too fancy, just wonderful country cooking with high quality ingredients. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Our room was huge and comfortable, except the mattress is a bit old. We enjoyed the relaxing bathtubs in the room. Highly recommended.

It was all very good except we were allocated a disabled room that we did not book. This turned out to be unsatisfactory and we would not accept it on another occasion.
