Staff was great. Many spoke some English and were extremely helpful given my Italian is only moderate. The area has lots of restaurants with great food. We also enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It was a full continental breakfast, unlike most Italian hotels. We would stay here again when we return to Falerna. Wish the Wi-fi was stronger. Had a few connection problems, but we were using USA phones. Probably not an issue with an European sim card.

The Hotel Class much better than expected. It was very modern and in good condition. The staff are very friendly and most speak a little English. The hotel is close to Lamezia Terme airport, but is pretty much in the middle of nowhere otherwise. There are no other buildings near by. We had free parking and free WiFi. Also the restaurant in the hotel was quite nice also. Great Hotel for a great Price!

Loved my experience with the hotel. Got in late. They took my passport and handed me a key. I arrived late and looked tired. Next morning breakfast had ended sooner than anticipated but the staff quickly offered to let me take from the buffet and sit down. Giordano(the chef) got wind of what had happened and stepped in to make cappuccinos and a cheese platters and offered lots of advice on the area and the areas I would be visiting. We booked this hotel as a stop point for an early flight out of La Mezia. It turned out to be one of the nicest experience of our trip. Everyone there was as nice as could be. We decided to have dinner at the hotel, the meal was just exquisite and prepared by the owner herself. The rooms were clean, comfortable, well designed. I wish we had made it a destination and stayed longer. Will do it again soon.
