We had an amazing stay from start to finish. The view was absolutely breathtaking, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by the staff. We arrived late in the evening, and the team graciously kept the restaurant open for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture after a long day of travel. We had a fantastic time. Albergo Moderno is quite off the beaten path, somehow we had misestimated where it was in relation to our target (it was listed as a Lake Como area property ....), but all the same a lovely experience. This is a traditional European style pensione where the proprietor prepares the meals, manages the bookings, etc. Located at the summit in Valle Imagna, the view (and drive) was breathtaking, the air lovely and the experience fantastic.

Is simply amazing, very Italian style. Breakfast was like being at my grandmas house. I love it and I highly recommend it

My husband and I loved our experience here. The hotel staff (owners?) were so welcoming! We loved the location, the room, and all of the information they provided for us. Parking is nearby, at 20 euros per night, though when we checked out they let us stay parked for as long as we would like! This is a great hotel and very close to everything in old town.

This was our second home while we visited our daughter, who lives at the foot of the mountain. The hotel was wonderfully appointed, very clean, and the staff were more than friendly and extremely helpful. The location is superb at the top of a small mountain/large hill.

I will definitely return to spend more time in this beautifully maintained, hill topped castle. The renovation into a hotel was done in a manner to conserve history into a very chic clean modern style. The staff was charming. Then… there is the view!

One of our best experiences , the hotel was beyond our expectations from the staff specially Simona and the other lady who prepare the cafes and tossted delicious sandwiches

Great little hotel, restaurant was fantastic as was the gelato shop on the 1st floor. Right by the river and was very comfortable.

Perfect location in old Town, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. The room slept well 1dark, quiet, good bed, good shower, coffee and tea maker in room. Staff even brought milk up for our tea.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very spacious, modern. The staff were extremely helpful. They have a great buffet for breakfast, and you can eat inside or out in their patio. We will come back here on our next stay.

This Hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. The location is right outside the Bergamo Alta wall. It is very quiet, has a wonderful breakfast, helpful and pleasant staff, great view and artfully furnished.

L'unico problema e che la navetta non funziona la mattina presto ma non e colpa dell' hotel . Per il resto tutto ok

This hotel is absolutely lovely. The owners are wonderful people and make you feel like you are home and among family and good friends This was a perfect spot for our trip to the Bergamo region. My wife and I look forward to coming back the next time we are in the northern part if Italy.
