"This is my third time staying at this hotel, and it’s very convenient for the airport. The shuttle used to be free, but this time it was paid, which was an unpleasant surprise. Also, for the second time at the restaurant, some dishes from the menu were unavailable when ordering. Everything else I like very much — the service, the rooms, and the overall convenience and comfort."

"When I visit Milan for my business trip, I usually stay at the Sheraton Malpensa. However, the price of the Sheraton was extremely high on my previous trip, so I searched for another accommodation and found Holiday Inn Express Milan-Malpensa. The cost performance was suitable and affordable for the stay. So, I was happy basically with my stay. The staff at the reception and restaurant were very supportive and friendly. One thing I would like to ask for improvement is to allocate a safety box in each room."

"From the front desk staff to maid service to the shuttle van driver, everyone was friendly and welcoming. It was great to have a shuttle van as our flight was early in the morning. Breakfast was pleasing and had a good selection. I enjoyed the coffee machine which was able to make espressos, cappuccinos, Americano’s or Doppio’s. My wife liked the tea selection as well.. The hotel is only 1 1/2 miles from the airport and they drop you off right at your departure airline. Thanks to all at for a wonderful time at Hotel Villa Malpensa. Sincerely, Patrick & Cassie "

"Front desk staff and concierge were accommodating and friendly. One person was not so nice - ignored us standing there for quite a while even though no one else was around. But other than that, excellent! Spa was amazing! We enjoyed it every day. Would definitely stay here again!"
