My stay in this location was perfect. The hosts are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Breakfast is served in the morning and with lots of care. The house is incredibly clean and there’s specific parking for each guest. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for all of your friendship.
To start , some of us can't leave without Ac , this property not only has one but one that works , ( those of you who travel through the old world understand). Service is exceptional, and property is not a resort size but big enough. Great for families and couples as well, available bikes for all ages, pool ( small but warm) gym, indoor pool, on site dining option , and again service excellent.

My wife and I first visited Grand Hotel Dino several years ago on a tour, and the beautiful images remained with us. We decided to return this July and it was everything we remembered and much more. The hotel is spectacular and the scenery is as well. Hopefully on our next trip up north we will bring our entire family including our grandchildren. We know that they, too, will just love it.
Property was perfect for us. We stayed in room 50 with an awe inspiring view. That was the most important feature for us. Our room was spacious and clean. With a large bed, two twin beds pushed together, very supportive and comfortable. Hotel Muralto is an older property that has been well cared for and updated. Staff are very kind, helpful and attentive. We stayed in Locarno for 2 weeks and found that Hotel Muralto to be the right balance of comfort and functionality at a very good price.

The staff were exceptional and always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample and delicious and the breakfast staff also extremely friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and rooms extremely quiet. Slightly out of town (about 15 minutes) but I liked walking to town and back along the waterfront after dinner. Going to the islands was extremely close - just down the hill. Great stay!!
Beautiful hotel on the lake and within 5 minute walk to Locarno train station. Great breakfast on a terrace served daily. Friendly staff and very helpful especially Stephanie! Loved the Ticino Pass which allowed for complimentary travel throughout Ticino canton and discounts as well to attractions.

Older building, not too large by modern standards, nice elegant rooms. Just beautiful downstairs areas. Large breakfast room with terrace overlooking the lawns and one main restaurant. The staff will make your experience exceptional. We left a C-PAP machine on the train. Marina took much of her time filing reports in Italian so we could locate and pick up the device.
