Carmen the host was the most wonderful welcoming woman. She made our first stop in Italy such an enjoyable experience. The accommodations were very pleasant and as advertised. The beds were comfortable and additional bedding was provided for the chilly evenings. The breakfast was delicious and Carmen makes a fantastic cappuccino and we got the honor of tasting her delicious lemon cake. It can get noisy on the street up until midnight but that is going to be true no matter where you stay so...

We really enjoyed our stay at ConteMax ArtHouse. The location was excellent. It is just a short walk from the train station, close to the waterfront for trips along the Amalfi Coast, and surrounded by plenty of local shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches like an espresso machine and a modern bathroom.
