The villas are on a steep Mountain, at first it was a little scary driving up. The grounds have a beautiful, country forest feeling, and the view to ocean is amazing. Only drawback is the distance to the beach, it's not walking distance - and about a 10 minute drive. However if you are in a mountain you can't have everything, and there is still the ocean...
