"The floor was dirty with dust, hair and was clearly not vacuumed or mopped recently. The condition of the apartment was run down with scuff marks all over walls, tv that was a blue screen, cupboard doors falling off completely or wonky, signs of water damage on ceiling and on floor, furnuture that was warn with rips in the fabric. The apartment was spacious and had a lovely ocean view along with good quality block out curtains. Parking is difficult later at night when it becomes full. Pool, spa, sauna and gym were great."

"Excellent staff, warm and friendly, exquisitely comfortable rooms, and the most delicious breakfast. Fabulous location to see all the sights of North Terrace, Adelaide Oval, Art Gallery, Museum, Botanic Gardens, zoo, Rundle Mall. Incredible spa bath in our room."

"Room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Shower was large with good pressure and although the towels were a good size they were a bit scratchy. The AC was a bit noisy (like sleeping with white noise) and did not maintain a consistent temperature. There was a light in the centre of the room which only turned on once in my week long stay. The location of the hotel is great- less than 5 mins to Rundle Mall and North Terrace, ideal if you are staying during the Illuminate festival"

"Great hotel but closing the hotel restaurant and bar at 22.00 is a joke, people arriving late at the hotel in transit and facilities closed."

"The staff were terrific, especially Charlie in the bar and Amanda on reception. The rooms were clean but replacement of amenities ie tea was a bit hit and miss. The breakfast was really terrific and the choice on offer was fabulous at the buffet. The seats in the bar were chesterfields and all of them were cracked and in need of replacement or recovering but Charlie more than made up for the battered seats with his excellent service I would absolutely stay there again"
