I was quite happy to lodge at the Hunter Hideaway Cottage It was private and quite which I was looking for . While it’s not modern, I would still recommended staying if you need a base and don’t want to be disturbed It’s isolated enough to just kick back and take in the local scrub land. It’s easy to get about the Hunter Vineyards. There is a coffee shop up the road about 5 minutes by car if you wanted to grab a coffee before starting the day.
