"Excellent place to stay not far about 10-15 minutes drive from Perth Airport. Comfortable studio room and bathroom. No need of the kitchen facilities as I got a great pizza takeaway from across the road. The reception had a list of food options which was good. A short walk up to Midland shopping centre. Super quiet room 503B so I slept well after a long flight. There was no parking available here so parked at the adjacent car park using the Easy park app which I downloaded on arrival quite easily. Very happy with this apartment and location."

"Lovely well appointed clean room•nice grounds to wander• excellent service by housekeeping, restaurant and grounds staff• the buffet breakfast is delicious, plenty of variety•dinner at Homestead Brewery highly recommended, plenty of delicious choices plus their own lovely wines. Lots of options of places to visit and eat close by as well. Stop at the Guildford Tourist Centre for a map. We enjoyed our 3 day stay immensely."
