Learn more about Budva
Forget the 'Montenegrin Miami' label – the real Budva reveals itself between ancient stone walls and modern beach clubs. The 2,500-year-old Old Town invites exploration through narrow passages where medieval churches stand in silent dignity. Mogren Beach offers golden sands perfect for morning swims before the crowds arrive. After dark, the Budva Riviera transforms as nightlife spills from seaside bars onto moonlit beaches. History buffs should climb to the Citadel for sweeping Adriatic views. Beyond the walls, Slovenska Beach and Jaz Beach provide alternatives when the main stretches fill with sun-seekers. For a perfect day, start with coffee in a hidden Old Town courtyard, then follow the coastal path connecting the city's most beautiful coves.

Hotel Plaza
"Location was perfect, staff was very helpful! We did have our AC leaking all night but weren’t willing to pack up and move just for one night. Would like if the pool was open longer hours. Parking was a pain but convenient location after figuring it out. The view really makes this place spectacular."
Luxury Hotel Riva - Budva
"The hotel was very nice and the room was spacious and very clean. The location is perfect and there are so many restaurants and entertainment options. We walked to the Mogren beach which was very nice. Make sure you book the parking spot early with the hotel as parking in the area is challenging and expensive. Would definitely recommend staying here"
Hotel Pima Budva
"This is a lovely hotel with mostly great staff who are friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fabulous with a great choice of food to suit all diets. The only thing I wasn’t happy with was the original room I was shown when arriving at the hotel. It was small, dark and the balcony was directly overlooking a shop opposite, not very private as it was also on a busy side road. I had been emailing the property asking for a room facing poolside for four months since booking at the hotel as I wanted a nice room as we were staying for two weeks. It was a very stressful start to the holiday but eventually - over an hour of negotiations and showing all the emails I’d sent over the last few months as proof - I was reluctantly offered a better room which I did appreciate. A big shout out to the breakfast staff and the person that managed the pool area, he was so friendly and carried out his duties meticulously!"
Dukley Hotel & Resort
"A nice property in Budva. Reception and concierge were very friendly and had great customer service. Restaurant staff was kind. A few of the young men working (like the taxi-boat driver and buggy drivers) can use a lesson in hospitality. They were rude and dismissive. Beach was beautiful and the boat service to old town was great benefit."

"Miła obsługa w recepcji i na śniadaniu, pokoje codziennie sprzątane"

"Beautiful property, prime location."
Hotel Imperial Conference & Spa
"Canadian guests, my wife and I, we stayed for 7 days as the first part of our trip to Montenegro and Croatia. Very good hotel. Parking included which is important when you have a car. On the opposite side of the bay of budva old town, but not a downside as it allowed us to walk 20min to old town and get our steps in. It’s faster to walk than driving or taking a taxi during peak season. Free beach access was nice to have as well (first row sun loungers), but we only used it once are there are many beaches to see in the area. To be honest it’s more of a 4 star hotel than a 5 star hotel by our standards. The room is spacious and clean, but a little dated. Housekeeping was 10/10. Bathroom was big and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in budva and be walking distance from the old town and its many restaurants. If you are expecting 5 star luxury this isn’t quite it, but for the price, location and amenities I would recommend it."
