"Absolutely amazing! Room was gorgeous and spotless, Ms Ai and all the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Without doubt, this has been the best stop of our trip and I hope Mountain House will let us come back in the future! We had dinner at Mountain House one evening and it was excellent - real home cooked food. Free use of the bikes was great and Ms Ai organised a cave tour and a moped for us. An incredible stay that made us feel truely welcome!"

"The whole Thuong Hai team was very welcoming and attentive and made our stay very pleasant. The room rate was wallet friendly and breakfast (different egg variations, pan cakes, bread, fresh fruit and coffee/tea) was included. The room was clean and spacious. Would book again 😊"

"Hotel is compromised by age/weather damage, rains inside, windows missing (assume from previous storms). Very damp throughout, including all windows in restaurant leaking, lack of western choices for breakfast, dinner menu had lots not available throughout stay and no alternatives in walking distance in small town. Not sure this hotel is fixable or needs to be re-placed/rebuilt. "
