There is plenty to enjoy, including three restaurants, artisan shops, the heated pool and spa amenities, the beer garden, and dancing and live performances on scheduled days. I look forward to my next visit!"

"Beautifully appointed newer hotel in a prime Centro location. Room was very comfortable. Quiet unless the church bells were ringing and that's pretty much all over the area. Easy to get to parks, restaurants, museums and services"

"We stayed here to catch an early flight from QRO International Airport, and it was a great choice. The staff was very friendly, the facilities were clean and well-kept, and getting an Uber to the airport was quick and easy. The only thing to note is that the elevators are on the smaller side, but I was still able to fit two large suitcases without a problem."

"The location is fantastic and the building is very nice. The room is spacious and quite well illuminated. The lobby has a great restaurant and a bread store which is great. Everyone is nice and courteous and we'll oriented. The one thing I would recommend is giving some maintenance to the room floors. The one I had had the floor with some damage and it brings down the rest of the room. "

The waterfall was over the top lovely, and the hotel staff were both kind and informative (I had questions about the city, the hotel, and how to arrange for transportation to the airport the next day).
