"Very helpful and friendly staff."

"The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. There was shower gel but no shampoo or conditioner which was fine because I brought my own but it is handy to know that. It is in the old part of town which is lovely. It was easy to walk to stores and farmacias or bodegas. Beautiful Christmas displays in the town. I had a great stay there. You can get laundry done if needed, I didn’t go to the cafe in the building but it is nice to have one handy. There is parking but it is not free. "

"Absolutely brilliant! Extended my stay! Immaculately clean; very good and hot giant coffee machine in lobby for .80 cents. Right next to churches and smack dab on the camino. All check in done on phone which I prefer. It’s a self catering unit. Hot hot water, shower immaculately clean "

"Spotless clean, bar and food available as well as petrol station with shop. Place to exercise dogs and big car park. Close to main highway and staff all helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service approach with emails prior to visit asking if they can help you in any way and a welcome message in my room written on bathroom mirror. Real value for money experience and if I could give feedback on 2 things I would improve. Put a toilet brush in bathroom as we may need to attend to marks in the toilet before maid cleans room. It stops embarrassment and better for your staff. The bed mattress was not comfy for me as I have an aging skeleton and after a week of aching was glad to return to my own bed. I appreciate everyone has a preference about beds but it was adequate. Very impressed with the staff training and the whole experience so well done management for putting customers first, it was appreciated"

"for the price vg value for money, its quite hard to find, its tucked away, the prices f0or a beer and evening meal were half of what i expected, i would recommend using again Rooms are excellent and large"
