This was an excellent hotel with friendly staff that worked to anticipate my needs as an English speaker in a foreign country. The location is great, near the beach and in the center of the city with lots of stuff around. The rooms are very nicely appointed and there is a great restaurant next door that provides room service. A very comfortable and relaxing stay. We had the suite overlooking the water. Having two bathrooms was PERFECT for our family of 4. Good food, strong drinks, 10/10 would stay again.
For a four star hotel not much service. Maintenance almost inexistent (broken lavatory, broken shower door and toilet seat. If you want to have a nice cocktail or any drink at the rooftop bar or the one at first floor just go to a different place.
The breakfast selections were filling and delicious, in the comfortable restaurant next door. Great location for exploring everything in the Old City and the waterfront.
The hotel is very clean, cute, well designed and right on the beach. We loved our stay and would stay again. The sea was magical and just all around gorgeous. My only complaint is that they don’t provide beach towels for the beach chairs and they don’t allow you to use the bath towels either. They ask you to purchase their beach logo towels which is very inconvenient and expensive. I think if they provide towels / beach chair service they could be one of the best places in Mamaia.
The host was incredibly kind. She accommodated our every need and gave us many recommendations of what to do in the city. The apartment was a good size and the couch was very comfortable. It was also close to the beach, only a 5 minute walk. I would definitely stay again!
I loved how the property had its own balcony in the living room and then another for one of the bedrooms. The bathrooms were very nice, and the whole layout of the apartment was simple and elegant. Very much enjoyed the stay, the beds and pillows were soft and comfortable. The property was right across a grocery store which made it convenient for last minute things.
