Hotels in Hokandara

Stayed here for a few nights and mostly used it as a place to sleep. The hotel was pretty nice for the price. It had a B&B atmosphere to it. The room and the bathroom were fairly clean and comfortable. We felt very safe at this property. For shopping and dining, there's not much in the surrounding area which was the only downside. Overall, would definitely stay here again.

this was a perfect boutique hotel. staff was helpful, room was very good and the restaurant had amazing food. there is only one issue that I had with the room - there were not enough sockets in the wall for a computer, phone, etc. the staff did bring an extra electrical strip but the connections were not tight enough and worked on and off. since there are only 10 rooms the staff gave a lot of personal attention

Hotel is a former 100-year old mansion that has been beautifully and sensitively transformed into a boutique hotel. Each of the 8 rooms is individually decorated with the upstairs rooms being especially spacious. Absolutely incredible hotel. I wish I had stayed longer. I could stay here a week happily. My room was beautiful and peaceful. I felt like I was living in another time. Darshana was wonderfully helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. I brought home good memories of my stay at FAIR VIEW HOTEL. My wife and I liked the spacious Executive Room on the 8th floor with wonderful sea-view from 20 feet by 12 feet glass window on the West side of the Room. Staff were very friendly, great location and nice room.

Staff treatment was exceptional. If somebody else is not paying, eat breakfast somewhere else. Prices here are beyond ridiculous!!!

Nice hotel

We recently stayed here for the very first time ( March 2018) for 4 nights. Very centrally located with room facing Indian Ocean, Room was cell kept with comfortable beds and nice clean bathroom. The break first buffet was excellent T with choices of both western and Srilankan cuisine. The roof top bar was a nice addition as well especially during night time for a well lighted night view of the city. after a week in Colombo i sought four hotels and stayed in two, all the cinnamon hotels do not compared to the room size,friendly staff and bathroom than the Ramada did. the stay in the Ramada was great, I wish I stayed there the whole week instead of the cinnamon lakeside.
