Great Resort, unbeatable location and wonderful staff. We had the best time of our life over the 8 days spent in the hotel just last week. Could not ask for more. Staff is so friendly, amenities are amazing and management makes you wish all hotels were this well managed. Although quite a distance from the Pacific Northwest, we may consider visiting the Maldives again and staying at Baros.
Amazing resort with exceptional staff. We were met at the airport and it took us less than 5 minute to be on the speed boat. We then were met with Karen .... First, this hotel is the best kept secret. Somerset ranks number one in my book. It is the only hotel I would stay in when in Male. The hotel's rating is four stars but overall it's a five star. Not in the best of locations (small street) but it's located next to everything you need. I was treated like valuable customer by all the staff including the great restaurant next door. The food was excellent, people friendly and they truly find pleasure in giving their guest amazing service.
