"The resort is on the river side of the main street, but only 200 metres from the ocean beach. Fine restaurants are in walking distance. There is a beautiful garden with two large swimming pools. Rooms are very clean, nicely and modern furnished. Wifi and TV are excellent. The bathroom is in good style and contains everything necessary. "Spotless, large, modern, and luminous - the Mistral is a great place to stay if you find yourself in this beautiful part of South Goa. Kathleen and her Dad run a great operation that's only a five minute walk from the beach and close to shops and the main village. Highly recommended! "

"The hotel was exactly as expected- lovely pool - nice rooms great location with a very short walk to a fabulous beach with a couple of bars - small supermarket nearby Nice staff and management- did not eat evening meal in hotel but a number of great local restaurants a few minutes walk away- a few miles from cavalossim - expect to pay between 400 to 600 which is a little high but due to the taxi monopoly that’s going on at the moment "
