"This property is not available for booking. The Expedia marketed this property in correctly and there was no way of getting any assistance from Expedia. It was a terrible experience on part of Expedia causing Physical pain after 12 hour of journey, mental harassment while convincing the staff about my legitimate booking and spoiled the fun of evening for which we travelled whole day. I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. I’ve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard.
The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help.
