We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Arverna! We arrived very late after traveling to Vichy for the Tour de France, with a large group, three rooms, and what felt like an endless amount of luggage. The manager could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating throughout our arrival. They made a potentially stressful check-in so easy and welcoming.
