Beautiful castle in the countryside accessible by public transportation. The place is in walking distance to a village meat market and a bakery. We got food and wine from the village and had a lovely picnic in the garden. Overall a very special experience and we absolutely enjoyed the tranquility and natural beauty of this 16th century chateau. The room is spacious and clean and there’s a fan. Note that as usual window screen is not a thing in France, so come prepared with mosquito spray.

Very gracious hostess in a beautiful home. I think I was the only guest. The bathroom was a little down a hall, but maybe that would have been just mine to use anyway. I had to catch a very early train and she got up with me. It’s not marked on the outside as a hotel, but was easy to find. I would stay again.

We loved this place!! A completely renovated apartment with a spacious downstairs. You have a fully stocked kitchen with a great sitting area. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are perfect. Fantastic location just one block from the iconic church and center of old town. Great communication with Olivier. Give this our highest recommendation.

The staff is so welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect.
